By accessing or using WilMap™ (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

WilMap is an interactive local guide designed to assist visitors and residents in discovering businesses, nightlife, and cultural points of interest in and around Wilton Manors. The App is currently operating in Beta. Features, map data, and directory listings are subject to change, update, or temporary interruption at any time without prior notice.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, business details (including operating hours, addresses, phone numbers, and offerings) and map rendering data are provided for informational purposes only on an “as-is” basis. WilMap makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing or map coordinate. Users are encouraged to verify details directly with individual venues.

All design, software code, custom map interface elements, and original content on WilMap are the property of WilMap and its operators. All business logos, trademarks, and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners. Any feedback, suggestions, or spot updates submitted through our contact forms or channels may be used by WilMap to improve the service without obligation or compensation.

WilMap may contain links to third-party websites, venue booking engines, social media pages, or external mapping services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, security, privacy policies, availability, transactions, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Event and deal dates, times, and age suitability (family-friendly or adults only) are provided by organizers and may change; please confirm them directly before attending.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WilMap, its owners, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any information contained herein.
